You may be eligible to receive a Transportation Reimbursement from the district in which you reside. Please reference the attached Qualification Form for guidelines.
If you qualify, please complete the 2026-27 District Transportation Reimbursement Form by September 28th.
This Google Form will qualify for the required Form #1000 district transportation reimbursement form that must be filled out by Providence Academy families, in order to receive reimbursement from the School District in which you reside. Only families who submit this form will be eligible for transportation reimbursement.
Please note that the reimbursement money comes from your taxpayer dollars and was designated to transport your child/children to and from school. A small number of districts pay the reimbursement directly, all other districts send funds to Providence Academy, throughout the summer after the 2026-27 school year. Funds will be applied to Providence Academy student accounts as they are received.
**Minnesota Department of Education eligibility requirements state that Pre-K students do not qualify for reimbursement.
