Providence Academy is blessed by the generous and enthusiastic support of parent volunteers. Volunteering is the perfect way to connect with parents and share in the spirit of Providence Academy. It is also a wonderful opportunity to support your children, faculty and the community. There are opportunities to give your time during the school day, evening hours and weekends. Please take a moment to view the opportunities listed below and sign up for the event(s) that best fit your schedule. Descriptions and additional details may be found by clicking on the links. Thank you in advance for sharing your gifts of time and talent!

In order to participate as a volunteer, Providence Academy and the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis require all adults who work with students to complete the following “Essential 3”:
- Attend a three-hour, “Protecting God’s Children” meeting, commonly referred to as “Virtus session,” and complete the online “Mandatory Reporting” training at www.virtus.org
- Authorize and successfully complete a background check.
- Complete a Code of Conduct Form.
Please note that you may attend the “Protecting God’s Children” meeting at any of the listed locations. For your convenience, sessions will be held at Providence Academy on September 19, 2017, November 16, 2017, January 11, 2018, and April 19, 2018. Regardless of location, pre-registration is required for all sessions at www.virtus.org.
Adults who completed these items more than 3 years ago must complete a recheck of the background check and view an online video “Keeping the Promise Alive.” To access these materials you will need to log into your account at www.virtus.org.
For questions, please contact VIRTUS Coordinator Ann Brown at email@example.com.
