Receptionist & Advancement Assistant
Providence Academy seeks a qualified, experienced Receptionist & Advancement Assistant.
This is a FT, 12-month, hourly position with benefits.
Position Purpose
The Receptionist & Advancement Assistant serves as the Academy’s primary receptionist, answering the main phone line and serves as backup to our security team in greeting visitors arriving at the school. This position also supports projects and staff in admissions, development, and/or marketing capacities. The candidate provides support for day-to-day operations, events, and database management as it relates to Admissions, Development, and Marketing.
The Advancement Assistant is responsible for the integrity and maintenance of the Advancement Database (Salesforce) and assists in maintaining the Academy’s Virtus Training roster for faculty and staff. He/she will also be involved in streamlining all data related processes and act as a resource for the training of end users and administrative departments.
Supervisory Relationship
Reports directly to the Director of Advancement.
Qualifications
● Welcoming presence as the first point of contact for Providence Academy
● Experience using a Customer Relationship Management database (CRM) preferred, such
as Infinite Campus, Raiser’s Edge, and/or Salesforce
● Experience using the Google Suite & Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel required)
● Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolve database problems
● Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy in a busy environment
● Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to collaborate within a PK-12 learning community and build strong working
relationships
● Project management skills

Substitute Teacher - Grades Pre-K - 12
- Pre-K or Elementary experience is required for Pre-K through Grade 5 assignments.

Digital and Print Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
The Digital and Print Marketing Coordinator is responsible for advancing the Academy’s mission through external marketing efforts and internal communication methods. This role is responsible for community awareness of and engagement with Providence Academy’s mission. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits.
Supervisory Relationship:
Reports directly to the Director of Advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Academy’s marketing and communication efforts including digital, social media, video, photography, and all print marketing collateral produced.
- Superintend all marketing projects serving Admissions, Development, Alumni, Arts, and Athletics
- Coordinate all digital and print marketing content across the above developments to ensure consistency of brand presentation
- Serve as primary media buyer for all external partners
- Provide graphic design, layout, copywriting, editorial, and distribution support for school publications, both print and digital, including the Academy’s weekly E-bulletin communication.
- Design, coordinate, and maintain all aspects of social media campaigns and electronic communications for various school efforts and serve as a liaison between the school and news media.
- Serve as the photographer and videographer for the day-to-day activities and events at the Academy, and coordinate the production of videos and photographs for online use and publication in collateral materials.
- Conduct regular website maintenance/editing and perform SEO analytics.
- Primary emphasis on digital marketing trends, best practices, analysis, and execution, with high level experience in marketing analytics.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience with photography and videography, including editing and final production
- Experience working with external partners and agencies (i.e., mail houses, printers, Google, Facebook/Meta, Niche, etc).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for the school’s brand, mainly it’s Catholic identity and dual presence in the Catholic school and Independent school marketplaces.
- Demonstrated proficiency in desktop publishing (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PremierPro, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), social media platforms, WordPress, and creative web-based media software.

Bus Driver
Providence Academy has a rare opening for a dependable AM/PM school bus route driver!
Split Shift • One Campus • One Tier
All routes buses are 29 – 32 passenger school buses, and most have fewer than 15 students assigned
AM Run
Leave the lot between 6:30 – 6:55 am and finish by 8:20 am
PM Run
Report in at 3:00 pm and finish by 5:00 pm
Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
- Guaranteed 4 hours each day school is in session
- 20 hours per week with additional hours available!
Requirements:
- 21 years or older
- Safe driving record and a valid driver’s license for at least two years.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsement OR the ability to upgrade driver’s license to a CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement.
- Able to successfully pass a background check, pre-employment DOT drug screen, and DOT physical.
