Grandparents’ & Special Persons’ Day

Middle School Grandparents’ and Special Persons’ Day
Morning of Thursday, October 1st
Guests are invited to arrive for registration from 8:45-9:15 am. Registration will include the opportunity to take pictures with their student(s). Following registration, pictures and tour, guests will attend a session with their student(s) The morning will conclude by 11:00 am.
Upper School Grandparents’ and Special Persons’ Day
Afternoon of Thursday, October 1st
Guests are invited to arrive for registration from 1:15-1:40 pm. Registration will include time to take pictures with their student(s) and a brief tour of the school. At 1:45 pm, guests and student(s) will attend a special interest session together, followed by a performance from our fine arts ensembles. The afternoon will conclude by 3:00 pm.
Lower School Grandparents’ and Special Persons’ Day
Friday, October 2nd
Guests will enjoy an opportunity to spend time with their student(s) and participate in classroom activities. The general schedule for guests will be as follows:

Pre-K and 4th Grade
Check-in: 8:30 -8:45 am,
Classroom Visit: 8:45 am -10:00 am -
Kindergarten and 2nd Grade
Check-in: 9:45 -10:00 am
Classroom Visit:Â 10:00 am -11:15 am -
1st and 3rd Grade
Check-in: 11:00 -11:15 am
Classroom Visit: 11:15 am -12:30 pm -
5th Grade
Check-in: 1:15 -1:30 pm
Classroom Visit:Â 1:30 pm -2:45 pm
Due to space limitations within the school and parking lot, a strict limit of two guests per student is necessary.Â
