Providence Academy’s Priority Financial Aid Application window for the 26-27 School Year opened on November 1, 2025. This is the same timing as last year, and the intent is to provide families with the ability to complete the process and receive a financial aid decision earlier in the winter.
Key dates and highlights:
- Nov 1st – Priority Financial Aid Application Window Opens with TADS
- Families are welcome to use their prior year (in this case 2024) tax data to complete the process for priority consideration
- We will review applications for both prospective and current families throughout the priority window of November 1 – January 15, and will render financial aid decisions starting January 31 for all those who have completed the process
- Post January 1, families would have the option to use their more recently available tax year data (in this case 2025-year data) as part of the process.
- The Priority window will close Jan 15 (coinciding with our priority admissions application deadline)
- After January 15 we will review applications and award aid on a rolling, funds-available basis, as in years past.
