New Students (All 6th Grade & New 7th and 8th Grade Students)
9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Students should arrive in uniform and check in at the front entrance. They will be escorted to their homeroom, where they will receive their class schedules and locker assignments. Students will then walk through their schedules, meet their teachers, and become familiar with the building. Orientation will conclude with lunch provided by Providence Academy, followed by noon prayer and dismissal.
Returning 7th and 8th Grade Students
9:30-11:00 a.m. (drop-in anytime)
Returning students may arrive anytime between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. This process should take approximately 20-30 minutes. Upon arrival, students should report directly to the PAC lobby to pick up their class schedules, locker assignments, and Chromebook (if renting one from the school).
All students are welcome to set up their lockers during orientation. However, you may find it easier to keep binders and notebooks at home until students receive their schedules. Those items can then be labeled and brought on the first day of school.
