Fall Parent Teacher Conferences for grades 6 through 12 will be held on Thursday, November 12th and Friday, November 13th.
On both of these days, there will be no regular classes for students. However, if a student has a need to make up a test or quiz, the Testing Center will be open.
The first day of conferences, Thursday, November 12th, all conferences will take place in person. Middle School teachers will meet with parents in the Performing Arts Center Lobby and Upper School teachers will meet with parents in the Great Room.
All conferences on Friday, November 7th will all take place virtually via google meet.

As before, families will need to sign-up in advance for specific conference times with individual teachers of their choosing using “PTC Wizard”, our online conference registration system.

Online registration for both conference dates will open at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 13th and will remain open until Tuesday, November 10th at 12:00PM.
Teacher’s schedules will be filled on a first come first served basis. We encourage you to complete your online registration as soon as possible to reserve your most desired times.
