If you know that you do not plan to have your student(s) continue at Providence Academy for the 26-27 school year, please submit the Notification to Decline Enrollment Form by February 15, 2026. This is the deadline to avoid any financial obligation for next school year. The enrollment deposit for the 2026-27 school year will be billed on March 1, 2026. (Note – Graduating seniors do not need to submit this form.)
