New MDH Quarantine Guidelines
Providence has begun to use the shortened quarantine guidelines from MDH when appropriate.
A Shortened Quarantine Checklist has been created to summarize the seven and 10 day criteria.
The Providence Academy COVID-19 web page has also been updated with links to the new MDH guidelines. MDH will also be updating other guidance for families. The Decision Tree, Home Screening Tool and Attendance Guide may still be used and will incorporate the new guidelines soon.

If your child is tested on either Saturday or Sunday of this weekend and receives a positive result, please email the health office in case we need to let any close contacts know about the exposure.
