Our wonderful Upper School National Honor Society students are planning once again to help our Lower School students celebrate Halloween with a fun Trunk or Treat. The plan is for the Upper Schoolers to park their decorated cars and trucks along the roadway between the school building and the football field/track and also through the back lot. The Upper School students will hand out treats to the LS students.
LS students may (optionally) bring to school costume pieces, such as headbands, hats, gloves, etc. to add to their outerwear as they go outside to the event (assuming that it will not be warm.) In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. Students should also bring a bag for collecting treats.
PLEASE NOTE: Costume pieces may not depict anything evil, grotesque, scary, or in any way political. The celebration of All Hallows’ Eve and Day in the Lower School is always focused on the saints (the actual All Hallows) and on the beautiful fall season. This remains our focus for the Trunk or Treat event.
