The Providence Academy Track & Field team had their first meet of the season on Saturday, April 8. The girls team placed second in the IMAC Invitational and the boys team placed first in the meet.

It has been a crazy start to the season with the interesting weather and a track that is mostly covered in snow. The Lions have found a way to make things happen as they are out there practicing, no matter the conditions. “They always make the most of any situation.  I am just so proud of these kids”, says Head Coach Amy Hohenecker. “They work very hard and enjoy what they’re doing and it shows in their performances.”

Our next meet is Today, Tuesday, April 11 at Jordan High School.
