The re-enrollment deadline is fast approaching.  If you intend for your child to be at PA in the fall, it is essential that we have a re-enrollment contract signed by both parents (if applicable) and a deposit paid by February 15 to retain your child’s spot at PA. We are looking forward to receiving your child’s(ren’s) re-enrollment by February 15th and your child(ren) being at PA in the fall. If your child(ren) will not be attending Providence Academy in the fall, please remember to complete the Notification to Decline Enrollment form and submit it to me at  by February 15th.
