Fundraising

This year, PAPA hosted three major fundraising events: the Used Uniform Sale, the Fall
Fun Fair, and the Annual Gala.
● The Used Uniform Sale, held in August, generated $9,000.
● The Fall Fun Fair in November raised $7,000.
● “An Evening of the Ranch” Gala featured new experiences,
including a design-your-own hat bar and a mechanical bull. It was the most
successful Gala to date, with gross profits totaling $670,000.

We extend special thanks to Anne Jewison and Sara Danforth for their tireless
leadership, creativity, and collaboration with the Development Office in making the Gala
an unforgettable event.

These events not only raise essential funds but also strengthen our community by
creating lasting memories. A heartfelt thank you goes to all the dedicated leaders and
volunteers whose efforts have contributed immensely to our school’s success.

Since PAPA represents our entire parent community, the PAPA Board gratefully
acknowledges every parent for their support, prayers, and generous contributions of
time and talent. Your investment in our students, faculty, and staff is truly invaluable.
