The Providence Academy Gala, “The Kentucky Derby” will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Not only would we love for you to come join us that night, but we would also appreciate it if families could help contribute toward their grade level’s silent auction basket! Donations will start Monday, March 4th and go through Friday, March 15th.
Listed below are the grade-level basket themes. If there is any theme you are interested in contributing to aside from your child’s respective grade, we will happily accept.
Pre-K – Arts & Crafts
Art cart with supplies, fun crafts
Kindergarten – Barbie
All things Barbie: Barbie movie, dream house, dolls, cars, accessories, apparel
Grade 1 – LEGO & STEM Basket
Lego table and STEM sets (already donated), LEGO Sets, STEM Toys
Grade 2 – Camping
Tent, sleeping bags, camping chairs, picnic basket, lanterns/flashlights, YETI cooler, cooking accessories
Grade 3– Video Games
Video game console and coordinating games
Grade 4 – Water Fun
Inflatable paddle board, water toys, life jackets, towels
Grade 5 – Lake & Boat
Chartered private yacht cruise for 6 (already donated)
Boat basket – wine glasses, bottle of wine, blanket
Middle School – Four Foursomes: Golf all Summer!
Four rounds of golf (already donated)
Golf related items – bag, club(s), balls, apparel
Upper School – Off to College Basket
iPad, Laptop, Apple Watch, headphones, dorm accessories, chargers
Contributions can be made in three ways:
- Donate an item that fits the theme – bring it to your child’s classroom
- Send money to PAPA through PayPal HERE (the money will be used to purchase items for your basket). When using PayPal, please add your child’s grade level(s) in the notes section.
- If you do not have PayPal, you are also welcome to send in cash/check. Please put it in an envelope and have it brought to your child(ren)’s designated LS, MS or US office, denoting it’s for the gala classroom baskets.
