PAPA Executive Board Annual Meeting Invitation

Please join the PAPA Board on Friday, April 11th in the PA Board Room from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM for our annual meeting.

During this time, we will share exciting highlights from the 2024-2025 school year, discuss open PAPA Executive Board positions for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years, and provide an overview of volunteer opportunities, including leadership roles for PAPA’s events and activities.

PAPA Executive Board Mission

The mission of the PAPA Executive Board is to support Providence Academy’s philosophy, mission, and curriculum. Our primary goals include:

      • Supporting, organizing, and developing events and activities
      • Coordinating parent volunteerism
      • Assisting in fundraising activities in cooperation with the Development Office
      • Facilitating communication between the school and parents

Board Positions Open (2-Year Term: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027):

    • President
      • Schedule, preside over, and lead all meetings
      • Set goals for PAPA that align with Providence Academy’s mission
      • Meet with the administration and Board of Directors as needed
    • Vice President
      • Schedule, preside over, and lead all meetings
      • Set goals for PAPA that align with Providence Academy’s mission
      • Meet with the administration and Board of Directors as needed
    • Lower School VP (Grades 3-5)

      • Preside over grade-level representation meetings

      • Meet with Lower School leadership as needed

      • Maintain accurate records and communication related to Lower School events

      • Represent the interests of grades 3-5

    • Upper School VP (Grades 9-12)

      • Preside over grade-level representation meetings

      • Meet with Upper School leadership as needed

      • Maintain accurate records and communication related to Upper School events

      • Represent the interests of grades 9-12
