All current PA students will be automatically re-enrolled for the 2026-27 school year unless:
(1) You let the Admissions Office know by February 15, 2026 that your student is not returning via the Decline Enrollment Form.
or
(2) Your 2025-2026 tuition billing account is not current by February 15, 2026.
PA is anticipating a waiting pool of new students at many grade levels for the 26-27 school year. Students whose accounts are not current as of February 15, 2026 will risk forfeiting their spot.
The Blackbaud Parent Contact Center team is available at 888.868.8828 to assist you and to answer questions. You may also contact the PA Business Office directly with questions.
If you know that you do not plan to have your student(s) continue at Providence Academy for the 26-27 school year, please submit the Notification to Decline Enrollment Form by February 15, 2026. This is the deadline to avoid any financial obligation for next school year, such as being billed for the 2026-27 school year enrollment deposit. (Note – Graduating seniors do not need to submit this form.)
For questions about the Notification to Decline Enrollment please contact Mrs. Jenny Bruce, Dean of Admissions.
For questions about tuition balances, payment plans, etc please contact Mrs. Beth Trombley, Business Office Assistant.
