As you know, we’ve nearly quintupled our broadband capacity. This has made it possible to host live SimulClassrooms from 63 locations in our building simultaneously. Now, we’re going to nearly double broadband capacity again and greatly expand the number of WiFi access points.
Why? Especially during “COVID year,” we want to be ready for still more intense-usage scenarios at school: e.g. students accessing SimulClassroom on our campus, electronic assessments in real time for students both here and at home, etc. These upgrades will be implemented with minimal disruptions, with work beginning tomorrow.
