Our Upper School Student Leaders have been hard at work planning for our 2022 Homecoming Week which will take place September 26 – 30 and conclude with the annual Homecoming dance on Saturday, October 1st. Below you will find the full list of Upper School Homecoming events and theme days. Please review this carefully and contact the Upper School office if you have any questions.
- Monday 9/26:
- Activity: Grades decorate hallways according to their holiday – no glitter, only painters tape to attach things, no disturbing ceiling tiles. Decorations can go up on Monday 9/26 in the AM and must be down by the end of day 10/3.
- Dress: Holiday Theme – no PJ’s or masks
- 9th grade: Valentines Day – pink, red or Valentine themed (Green / Red leaders)
- 10th grade: St. Patrick’s Day – Green or St. Patrick themed (Purple / Orange leaders)
- 11th grade: Halloween – orange, black or halloween themed – no costumes
- 12th grade: Christmas – red, green or Christmas themed
- Tuesday 9/27:
- Activity: bagels in the atrium
- Dress: Sunday best
- Formal or business attire
- No denim, flannel, tennis shoes, sleeveless shirts/dresses
- PA skirt length still applies
- No shorts, t-shirts
- Wednesday 9/28:
- Activity: scavenger hunt during white period
- Dress: tacky tourist day (cameras, big floppy hat, Hawaiian shirt, Bermuda shorts (to the knee, NO short shorts!), socks/sandals – not in labs)
- Powder Puff game – Mithun Field 7-8 PM
- Bonfire – Rock – 8-9 PM
- Thursday 9/29:
- Activity: Grade Tetris
- Dress: jersey day – neck to waist, toes to knees
- Friday 9/30:
- Activity: Pep Fest
- Dress: West coast vs. Wild West
- Full out for theme only
- West Coast = sunglasses, sunny, beach bum, LA designer, hipsters, granola
- Saturday 10/1
- Dance, Gym A, 8-11 PM
