Register by Friday, September 15th for Grandparents’/Special Persons’ Day, and your guest will receive a mailer with all the important event information.  This is one of the most beloved Providence traditions!  The two-day event is reserved specifically for grandparents and special persons, age 18 or older. Due to space limitations within the school and parking lot, a limit of two guests per student is necessary

Lower School Grandparents’/Special Persons’ Day – Thursday, October 12th

Guests will participate in classroom activities with their student(s), including time for photos and an optional tour of the school. Due to space limitations in the Great Room, lunch will not be available on this day for guests.  The general schedule for guests will be as follows:

Pre-K and 5th Grade
Check-in: 8:45 -9:00 am, Classroom Visit: 9:00 -10:00 am

Kindergarten and 1st Grade
Check-in: 9:45 -10:00 am, Classroom Visit:  10:00 -11:00 am

2nd and 4th Grade
Check-in: 10:45 -11:00 am, Classroom Visit: 11:00  -12:00 pm

3rd Grade
Check-in: 1:15 -1:30 am, Classroom Visit:  1:30 -2:30 pm

Optional tours available after each morning session and before the afternoon session at 1pm.

Middle School Grandparents’/Special Persons’ Day – Morning of Friday, October 13th

Guests are invited to arrive for registration from 8:45-9:15 am.  Registration will include the opportunity to take pictures with their student(s). Following registration, pictures and tour, guests will attend a class with their student(s) and a performance from our fine arts ensembles. The morning will conclude by 11:00 am.

Guests of Upper School Students – Afternoon of Friday, October 13th

Guests are invited to arrive for registration from 1:15-1:40 pm. Registration will include time to take pictures with their student(s) and a brief tour of the school. At 1:45 pm, guests and student(s) will attend a special interest session together, followed by a performance from our fine arts ensembles. The afternoon will conclude by 3:00 pm.
