Osseo Girls Co-Op Hockey Information:
- Parent meeting is scheduled for October 22nd 6:30-8:30PM in the Forum Room (Located through door 2, walk straight until you get to the café, take a right and then a quick left—large meeting area)
- Athletes must be FULLY registered prior to tryouts/participation. For our co-ops, we still have them register through our system. Therefore, families will need to complete this google form with our district unless they have previously registered for a sport with Osseo Area Schools on EduTrak. This will give them access to create an account in EduTrak to register as a ‘guest’. They will want to register under Co-Op Registration. The initial registration fee will be $0.
- Season fee will be invoiced to Providence from Osseo and added to your student account.
