Our upcoming Open House on Tuesday, October 22nd is one of the most important nights of the year. It’s our chance to show prospective families the heart of Providence Academy—and no one does that better than our own parents & students!
We are looking for volunteers to serve as:
- Check-In Hosts – greet families with a warm welcome and help them get settled.
- Tour Guides – share your family’s Providence story while leading visitors through our school
Shifts are simple:
- 6:00–7:15 pm- Check-In Hosts
- 7:00–8:15 pm- Tour Guides
Your presence makes all the difference. Guests remember the genuine hospitality they feel just as much as the building and programs they see.
