Providence Academy will celebrate Catholic Schools Week the week of Monday, January 26th – Friday, January 30th. As part of our celebration, students will have opportunity to wear the annual PA Catholic Schools Week shirt. The long sleeved navy blue t-shirt is available in sizes Youth X-Small through Adult 3XL
The cost of each shirt will be charged to student’s accounts.

- Adult Shirts $20.00
You may order up to two shirts on this form – 1 child & 1 parent.
Please submit a new form for each additional shirt you wish to order.
Shirts will be delivered to the classroom of the student listed on this form by Friday, January 23, 2026 The deadline to order is Thursday, January 15th at 10:00 AM
