The registration process for Advanced Placement exams will begin soon. Students in Grades 10 to 12 are eligible for AP exams depending on their course schedule. While Providence Academy does not seek AP designation for any courses on account of our independently designed curriculum, PA does facilitate certain AP exams in subject areas where there is overlap between the scope and sequence of PA courses and the content tested on the exams. AP exams are administered according to a national testing schedule over the first two full weeks of May, and the registration deadline is at the end of February.

Please review the 2018-2019 AP Information Sheet for more details on the exam schedule and registration process. Students intending to register for AP exams must attend an AP Information Session. These sessions are scheduled for following times (the location will be included in morning and evening announcements):

Wednesday, February 13 – 2:25 p.m. (White Period)
Thursday, February 14 – 8:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m. (Light Blue), 1:30 p.m. (Pink), and 3:20 p.m.

Please contact AP Coordinator Mr. Brian Estrada with any questions about the AP registration process.
