As a reminder, Providence Academy is requiring a new enrollment contract to be submitted for each student for the 26-27 year. You should have received the invitation to review and sign this contract via DocuSign on February 19.
Please ensure that both parents complete the signing process so that your child’s contact does not void. Each parent in the household must access the contract through the unique DocuSign link sent to them via email.
