We are seeking nominations for the PAPA Executive Committee! Members serve for two-year terms and our primary purpose is as a service organization to support the PA community. We will have four positions open and encourage anyone interested in serving on PAPA to nominate themselves or nominate others that they know are interested. The Executive Committee meets monthly for 1 – 2 hours and each position has an area of focus as described below:

2-Year Term: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027
President
- Schedule, preside over, and lead all meetings
- Set goals for PAPA that align with Providence Academy’s mission
- Meet with the administration and Board of Directors as needed
Vice President
- Schedule, preside over, and lead all meetings
- Set goals for PAPA that align with Providence Academy’s mission
- Meet with the administration and Board of Directors as needed
Lower School VP
- Preside over grade-level representation meetings
- Meet with Lower School leadership as needed
- Maintain accurate records and communication related to Lower School events
- Represent the interests of grades 3-5
Upper School VP
- Preside over grade-level representation meetings
- Meet with Upper School leadership as needed
- Maintain accurate records and communication related to Upper School events
- Represent the interests of grades 9-12
