As announced earlier this month, an anonymous PA benefactor has stepped forward with a $500,000 matching challenge to support our Gala Fund-A-Need and Brick by Brick Capital Campaign. I’m pleased to report that nearly $100,000 has already been raised toward this matching goal!
All gifts or pledges made between now and midnight April 27, the night of our Gala, will be matched dollar-for-dollar. Even if you can’t attend the Gala, your gift in advance will be doubled.
What is the Gala Fund-A-Need?
This year’s Fund-A-Need will help PA “Race to the Finish” and fund three vital campus enhancements as part of our Brick by Brick – Building the Tradition Capital Campaign! Through our Fund-A-Need, we will be in the home stretch toward funding:
- 11-Classroom Addition: providing 4 new lab science classrooms, 7 general instruction classrooms, a team meeting room for athletes, and additional office and work space for our growing faculty and staff
- Athletic Hospitality Pavilion: Situated at the South end of our football stadium, this facility will boast permanent restroom and concession facilities for athletes and guests
- Revitalized Lower School Playground: Goodbye to mulch of any kind, and hello to a smooth, poured-in-place ground surface and expanded playground features to serve the next generation of young PA Lions
