Please save the date for Providence Academy’s Annual Grandparents’ & Special Persons’ Day on Thursday, October 1, and Friday, October 2, 2026.
Registration for guests will open on Monday, August 2. This special event is reserved for grandparents and special persons 18 years of age or older. Due to space limitations, each student may invite up to two guests.

Middle School Grandparents’ & Special Persons’ Day
Guests are invited to register between 8:45–9:15 a.m. The morning program will conclude by 11:00 a.m.
Upper School Grandparents’ & Special Persons’ Day
Guests are invited to register between 1:15–1:40 p.m. The afternoon program will conclude by 3:00 p.m.

Lower School Grandparents’ & Special Persons’ Day
Guests will participate in classroom activities with their student(s). The general schedule for guests will be as follows:
Pre-K & Grade 4
Check-in: 8:30–8:45 a.m.
Classroom Visit: 8:45–10:00 a.m.
Kindergarten & Grade 2
Check-in: 9:45–10:00 a.m.
Classroom Visit: 10:00–11:15 a.m.
Grades 1 & 3
Check-in: 11:00–11:15 a.m.
Classroom Visit: 11:15 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Grade 5
Check-in: 1:15–1:30 p.m.
Classroom Visit: 1:30–2:45 p.m.
