Headmaster’s Notes

Providence on Parade!

A very special thank you to all the parent and student volunteers who represented PA at this weekend’s James J. Hill Days events, and to those who attended the festivities in support of our school. What a fantastic weekend!

Our next big parade, in Plymouth, is on Saturday, September 21. See the Admissions announcement in the All School Section for more participation details!

Meet This Year’s NET Team

Each year, Providence has the pleasure of hosting eight “Netters,” or young adult Catholic missionaries from NET Ministries. These young people spend the school year at PA with the purpose of helping students grow in their relationship with Jesus, and with each other through Jesus.

I’d like to introduce the members of this year’s PA NET Team 13:

In the back row wearing the blue shirts are this year’s team supervisors, and one of them is a very familiar face to the PA community. James Forina was a Netter at PA two years ago and also served as one of last year’s team supervisors. We are so blessed to have him returning! Also supervising with James is Dani Kul.

And now, meet our Netters:
(From left to right): Erin Claussen – Sioux Falls, SD; Annalysa Morales – Highlands Ranch, CO (Team Leader); Brian Smith – Bluffton, IN; Juliana Lane – Richardson, TX; Simon Kwan – Belton, TX; Anthony Hollcraft – Sacramento, CA (Team Leader); Clare Cruz – Mount Vernon, WA; and Critian Aguinaga – Ennes, TX

Our NET Team will arrive on campus on September 16, but before they do, we need some PA families to host our Netters throughout the year. More information about this wonderful opportunity can be found in the All School section.
