Putting it into Gmail

  1. Fill in your details above, then press Copy signature.
  2. In Gmail, open the gear icon at top right and choose See all settings.
  3. Stay on the General tab and scroll down to Signature. Create a new one if you have none, or click into the one you already use and select all of the old text.
  4. Paste with Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a Mac. Don't use Ctrl+Shift+V — that strips the formatting out.
  5. Under the signature box, set it to apply to new emails and to replies.
  6. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Save Changes. The signature is not saved until you do.
  7. Send yourself a test message to confirm the logo appears.

Questions, or something not working? Email rather than working around it — especially if the logo shows as a broken box.
