Providence Academy Lower School would not be the wonderful and joyful place that it is without the support of our amazing parent volunteers! In order to volunteer at Providence Academy (and at any Catholic school or parish in the archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis), adults must complete the “Essential 3” requirements. These consist of:
- Virtus training: Viewing the Virtus video and answering follow-up questions
- Completing an online background check form
- Signing (electronically) a Volunteer Code of Conduct
The requirements need to be renewed every three years. All of the training and all forms are online.
Parents may not chaperone or help at class or school events without completing the Essential 3. If you would like to volunteer with your child’s class, please complete the Essential 3 (or renew when you receive a notice) as soon as possible.
