The college planning and information programs which typically occur in the fall will be offered in a virtual format this year. We encourage PA families to explore these virtual programs and to register.

  • Colleges that Change Lives: In lieu of the college fair and information program typically held in Minneapolis/St. Paul each August, the CTCL member schools will offer virtual information sessions and webinars addressing various college search and application topics, starting on August 15. CTCL is comprised of 40 geographically and programmatically diverse small colleges that are known for their commitment to personalized and transformative student experiences. They were all featured in the bestselling college guidebook of the same name written by Loren Pope. View the session schedule and register here: https://ctcl.org/presentations/
  • Minnesota National College Fair: The 2020 Minnesota National College Fair, typically held at the Minneapolis Convention Center each fall, has been cancelled. In its place, the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) will offer a new virtual format designed to replicate much of the experience of in-person college fairs. These virtual programs are scheduled for four dates this fall: September 13, October 12, October 18, and November 8. For more information, visit https://virtualcollegefairs.org/
  • Minnesota Education Fairs: Minnesota Education Fairs (MEFs), typically held at high schools throughout Minnesota each fall, will be held exclusively as dynamic virtual events in 2020. Additional details will be posted in the coming weeks on the MN Association for College Counseling website (including info. for families): http://www.mn-acac.org/mef
