All parents are welcome to join us for a special presentation on Friday, September 27, at 2:25 p.m. in the Lecture Hall by Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse. “Dr. J” is the founder and president of the Ruth Institute, a leading organization helping victims of the sexual revolution. She is an internationally known speaker, who electrifies audiences with knowledge and passion about cultural trends that affect family life. She will speak on a matter of growing importance, which Pope Francis’s Vatican office on education wrote extensively about this summer in an important document titled, “Male and female he created them: Towards a path of dialogue on the question of gender theory in education.” The document said “There is a need to reaffirm the metaphysical roots of sexual difference. The denial of [the male-female] duality not only erases the vision of human beings as the fruit of an act of creation but creates the idea of the human person as a sort of abstraction who ‘chooses for himself what his nature is to be’…. The effect of this move is chiefly to create a cultural and ideological revolution driven by relativism.” There is no one in the world better than Dr. J. to inform and encourage us in these matters. Do join us for this special event.
