Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, March 2nd and Thursday, March 9th – both of these will be regular school days for students. Once again we will provide both virtual and in-person options for meeting with teachers. Conferences on March 2nd will take place in person at Providence Academy. Conferences on Thursday, March 9th will be held virtually.
All parents who wish to meet with teachers on either of these dates must sign up in advance. Online registration for both dates will open on Wednesday, February 15th at 10:00 a.m. and close on Monday, February 27th at 4:00 p.m. Parents may access PTC Wizard using this link
US & MS Spring Conference Registration Teacher’s schedules will be filled on a first come first served basis. We encourage you to complete your online registration as soon as possible to reserve your most desired times. Parents who do not pre-register for conference times will be accommodated as teacher schedules allow, however preference will be given to those who have secured designated conference times in advance.
