Before the Thanksgiving holiday, we will be hosting two special events featuring Mr. Daniel Mattson, a writer and public speaker who proclaims the Good News of Christian teaching on the virtue of chastity. Our occasional breakfast event, “Pancakes at Providence,” takes place next Tuesday, November 21. The second event is the evening before, a public screening of the documentary film, Desire of the Everlasting Hills, featuring Mr. Mattson. A discussion will follow the documentary.

As Cardinal Robert Sarah attests in the foreword of Mr. Mattson’s new book, Why I Don’t Call Myself Gay, Mr. Mattson’s story is one that “bears witness to the mercy and goodness of God, to the efficacy of his grace, and to the veracity of the teachings of his Church.”

To register for Pancakes at Providence, RSVP online by Tuesday, November 14.
To register for the documentary film screening and discussion, RSVP online by Friday, November 17.
