All Upper School Students (i.e. rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors) are invited to register for a PA-sponsored college field trip to University of St. Thomas, College of Saint Benedict, and Saint John’s University on Wednesday, June 22.
The day will include tours of all three campuses, admissions and financial aid information sessions, and a special session with faculty from UST’s Department of Catholic Studies. Whether you are already interested in one of these colleges or want to use this as an opportunity to add to your college visit experiences, the day promises to be both enjoyable and helpful. Visiting colleges is one of the most useful ways to start to determine your college criteria. Visits to our local Minnesota campuses – whether as part of this field trip or on your own – can help to confirm the characteristics of a campus and academic program that are most important to you.
The bus will depart PA at 8:30 a.m. and return at approximately 5:00 p.m. (depending on traffic). Lunch will be provided. Register no later than Friday, June 17. An online permission slip form link will be emailed to all participants once we have received enough registrations to proceed with the field trip.
Looking ahead, we are planning to invite students to join us on November 3 (student holiday for P/T conferences) for a visit to the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Bethel University.
