You may have seen new City of Plymouth “Proposed Development” signs out front. PA is seeking renewal of a “conditional use permit” (CUP) with the City, as our last CUP is set to expire in June of 2022. The CUP provides PA with an approved site plan for the staging of any future development. There is a hearing scheduled with the City Planning Commision next Tuesday night, February 2nd, and 7 p.m. at City Hall.
One “development” that has already been approved is the Marian shrine sponsored through last year’s Gala Fund-A-Need. Groundbreaking is slated for this spring.
