This evening from 6:30pm – 8:30pm is the PAPA Annual Meeting and Information Session. During this meeting we will recap activities and events. Additionally, we will share information regarding board positions in preparation for nominations to the board. For the 2023 – 2024 school year, the following positions will be open:
1. President – Sets the agenda and runs the monthly Papa meetings. Meets periodically with Dr. Flanders.
2. Vice President – Facilitates activities that do not fall within a specific division and fills in for the President.
3. Vice President: Grades 3 – 5 – Represents Grades 3-5 at Executive Committee meetings, meets periodically with Mrs. Galgano. Teams with Anne Jewison, Pre-K – Grade 2 Vice President, to coordinate lower school room parents and other volunteers throughout the year.
4. Vice President: Grades 9 – 12 – Represents Grades 9-12 at Executive Committee meetings, meets periodically with Mr. Jaeger.
Please join us in the PA Greatroom to hear about the upcoming board positions as well as a recap of the PAPA investments of time, talents, and treasures into Providence Academy. The annual meeting provides an opportunity for parents to meet the members of the PAPA Board, ask questions concerning open positions, and provide feedback on the year. This is also a great opportunity for some fellowship with your fellow PA parents.
