Moms in Prayer helps women gather to pray scripturally and specifically for our children and schools. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6. Who: All Moms, Grandmas, Aunts—all women desiring to pray for a child attending Providence Academy are welcome!
We will lead the prayers, so you can just come and pray! We pray for the entire PA community, including all students, staff and faculty. We also pray specifically for our own children. If you still have young children at home, we can help find a way for you to still pray with us.
Date and time: Our first meeting is Thursday, September 24that 8:40-9:40am, and we will meet and every Thursday school is in session at the same time.
Location: For this first meeting of the year we will meet in the Lower School parking lot and then walk and pray around the school campus. Let’s meet next to the “Gala Winner” parking sign. We are still working to secure a meeting location this year, so we will send location updates in the school e-bulletin and on the PA Moms Facebook page.
