Providence’s annual May Crowning to honor Our Blessed Mother Mary will take place at 2:30 PM on Friday, May 6. We will gather outdoors, weather permitting, at the beautiful statue of Mary on the west side of the driveway to the main entrance. Parents are welcome to attend the outdoor ceremony. In case of rain, we will gather at the statue of Mary inside the main entrance of the school; space would be much more limited.
To participate in the celebration, the children are invited to bring a flower to school for Our Lady on Friday morning. Teachers will allow students time to place their flowers in front of the statue of Mary inside the main doors. Vases will be provided.
