Our Lower School team at Providence Academy is gearing up for what is sure to be a wonderful school year. To help us be prepared for your child on those first days, Following are a couple of important sign-ups for lower school dismissal. Please complete these as soon as possible if you would like you child dismissed after the normal 3:15pm dismissal.
LATE DISMISSAL ~ this option is available to all families at no additional cost. Our late dismissal provides the opportunity for parents to pick up their child at 3:30, instead of 3:15. The procedure for pick up is slightly different, and if you choose this option, directions will be sent directly to you. Please know late dismissal does not provide a “drop-in” option. This would only be for families that are intending to pick up at 3:30 on a regular basis. You may select which days you want the 3:30 option for (i.e. I would like to pick up at 3:30 only on M/W/F, but it can not change from week to week). If your family would like to use the late dismissal option, please fill out this form.
EXTENDED DAY ~ PA offers three different programs for our extended day students. Detailed information about this program can be found in this flyer. If you are interested in registering your child(ren) for extended day, please complete this form. All students need to be registered to utilize the extended day programs. Extended day does have a drop-in option for families who may only need occasional care. In order to utilize this option you would need to contact your child’s teacher and at least 24 hours in advance. We encourage everyone to register for drop-in care so that your registration is complete in the event you need it.
