5th grader Ariana Kaplan took the reins at PA today. As the Gala winner of “Headmaster for the Day,” Ariana started the day, as I do, with the morning prayer and announcements. She attended the volunteer appreciation breakfast to say thank you, and kept busy meeting with division leaders and board members. When asked about her favorite part of the day, she unhesitatingly responded “Lunch. I got to go through the grill line.” She made an executive decision to extend the 5th grade recess period by 10 minutes for a day. 5th graders, make sure to thank Ms. Kaplan when you see her. Nice job, Ariana.
