The Family Service Project will be on Saturday, March 5 from 2-3:30PM. We are looking for a volunteer to lead the placemats and cards activity. The placemats and cards that the children create will be given to individuals in need or to veterans. We would ask that the volunteer:
- connect with organizations (e.g., Meals on Wheels, a local nursing home, a veterans organization) who accept placemats and cards (we have a list of organizations we have worked with in the past);
- oversee the coloring activity on the day of the event; and
- deliver/send the placemats/cards to the organizations after the event.
