The Fall Fun Fair needs your help to make this year’s event a success! (Reminder to Save the Date: Fall Fun Fair November 6 11AM to 2PM)
1) We need YOU! Parents like you that choose to volunteer make this day so special for our lower school students. Sign up for a Fall Fun Fair volunteer position – there’s lots of fun ways to get involved and make this day special! Sign Up to Volunteer
2) The Committee is also seeking donations of small candy (no nuts, chocolate, hard candies, or gum) and/or trinkets, small toys and stuffed animals for carnival prizes and giveaways.
We’re also looking for larger prizes for the Raffle – think of toys you’d buy for Christmas or a birthday party — lego sets, remote control cars/drones, art sets, larger dolls etc.
This Classroom Donation Contest will be Wednesday, October 13 – Monday, October 25. Each classroom will have a collection box outside their room for students to put all these toy/candy donations – and the class in each grade level that collects the most donations will be rewarded with a fall treat party courtesy of the Fall Fun Fair Committee!
3) We also need cake donations for the Cake Walk and beverage donations — both which we will collect closer to the Event! But please sign up today so we can track!
