Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences for Upper and Middle School will take place on Wednesday, November 3rd and Thursday, November 4th.
Wednesday, November 4th is a day off from school for students and conferences will be held all day virtually. Thursday, November 4th will be regular school days for students and conferences will take place after school, in-person at PA. Middle School teachers will meet with parents in their classrooms or the Cloister while Upper School teachers will meet with parents in the Great Room on this day.
Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021 – Virtual Conferences via Google Meet
Upper and Middle School Teachers
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
and
12:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 4th, 2021 – In Person Conferences at Providence Academy
Upper and Middle School Teachers
3:30pm – 6:00pm
As before, families will need to sign-up in advance for specific conference times with individual teachers of their choosing using our “PTC Wizard” online registration! (this applies for both virtual and in person conferences)
Online registration for both conference dates is now open and will close on Monday, November 1st at noon. Parents may access PTC Wizard using this link US/MS 2021 Fall Conference Sign Up Families who are new to Providence Academy may use this same link to set-up an account within PTC Wizard that will allow them to reserve conference times.
A day or two prior to virtual conferences on November 3rd, parents will receive an email from each teacher they have chosen to meet with that will contain a link to their individual Google Meet virtual conference.
