Juniors (a.k.a. Class of 2026) should mark their calendars for this summer’s College Application Workshop (a.k.a. “Bootcamp”), which is scheduled for July 29-August 1. The workshop is designed to help rising seniors craft and revise a college essay, begin work on college applications, hone their interviewing skills, and learn about all facets of the college application process from PA faculty and college admission professionals. Attendance at Bootcamp, while not mandatory, is highly encouraged, as our alumni (and we in college counseling) frequently advise rising seniors to get their applications done early; senior year is very demanding! We will provide more information about Bootcamp in the future, but we strongly encourage juniors to keep these dates in mind when forming their summer plans.
We will also offer a 1-day (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) college essay workshop on Thursday, June 12, as well as a final 1-day college essay workshop on Saturday, October 4, in advance of the all-important November 1 college application deadline. Questions? Please contact Mrs. Hogan.
