On March 15, Ismael Hernandez addressed Upper School students on the themes of his bestselling book, Not Tragically Colored: Freedom, Personhood, and the Renewal of Black America. Mr. Hernandez offered an autobiographical account of his move from Puerto Rican communist to being a faith, freedom, and virtue-loving American. He shed light on current issues of racial and ethnic reconciliation in our country. You may watch the presentation here.
