Our dear friend and colleague of 17 years, Mrs. Kelly Harrington, will be the new 6-12 principal at Hill-Murray next year.  This is a significant leadership opportunity in a large environment, where her many gifts and skills will serve in new and expanded ways.  Kelly Harrington is very dear to me and to so many who have known her through service in all three of PA’s divisions.  We will celebrate her, and miss her, while we bless her on her way.

Here at PA, we will advance a legacy Mrs. Harrington has been so instrumental in forging.  And advance we will, as we discern new leadership for PA’s Upper School for this coming year and beyond.

Below is Mrs. Harrington’s lovely letter to us.  God bless her and her family richly!

“The past seventeen years at Providence Academy have been some of the best of my life, working in all three divisions with countless, astonishingly talented, faith-filled people, who work to do God’s will each and every day.  I have been fortunate to work with many amazing and inspiring students in my time at PA, and I will never forget them.

“The blessings PA has given me are many, but God has called me to move on to a new venture.  I am truly grateful for my time at PA and will always keep the people and community in my prayers.  The work Providence Academy does to form young people in the faith guided by truth is the most important job we can be a part of.  Our students are truly the greatest successes of Providence Academy.

“May God bless Providence Academy and the wonderful people that make it what it is.  May our Lady of Divine Providence, pray for us!

“Fondly,

Mrs. Kelly M. Harrington”
