On Wednesday, Providence Academy’s front lawn will be adorned with flags to represent each of the innocent lives taken during the terrorist attacks on our country on September 11, 2001. Each year, in remembrance of this pivotal national event and in honor of all first-responding heroes who put their lives on the line to serve, PA hosts a special moment. Our local first responders in the Plymouth Police and Fire Departments do a ceremonial drive-through of our flag-adorned property. Our students, faculty, and staff line the front drive to show honor. This signature event takes place on Wednesday at 9:10 a.m. Parents are welcome to join; if you wish to do so, please park in advance in our front parking lot and meet in front of the school.

Additionally, for any parents who currently or formerly served in the armed forces or as first responders, I invite you to join me inside the school after the procession for coffee, conversation, fellowship, and reflection. On behalf of all of us at Providence Academy, thank you for your service to our country.
