TUITION:

The tuition and other fees for the 2008-2009 school year are as follows:

PAYMENT OF TUITION:

Tuition is due in two payments: 2/3 on July 1st before the start of the academic year and the remaining 1/3 on December 31st of the academic year. Unless other arrangements are made, failure to pay the initial tuition billing by July 1st, forfeits acceptance at the Academy. A late fee of 1.0% per month will be assessed on any past due balance.

OTHER FEES:

Each student is billed a small Auxiliary Service fee that covers events such as field trips and other miscellaneous expenses for the year.  Charges for items such as books, athletic supplies and equipment, special lessons (music, drama, etc.), private tutors, library fines, etc. are billed monthly. Depending upon the grade level, these fees average from $150.00 to $350.00 per year.

OPTIONAL CHARGES:

Hot lunch costs will be determined by the student's lunch choices.  Students may also choose to bring lunch from home. Bus transportation may be available in your area depending on demand. Applicable costs will be assessed to students. Siblings are eligible for reduced rates.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Various family circumstances may require a student to leave the school after tuition has been paid. If this occurs, the following tuition reimbursement schedule will apply. Only tuition, lunch and transportation fees are reimbursed.

If student:	leaves in weeks 1-3	90% refund
	leaves in weeks 4-6	75% refund
	leaves in weeks 7-9	50% refund
	leaves after 10 weeks	no refund
