Mrs. Teresa Claypool teaches English and Religion in the Middle School at Providence Academy. Prior to joining Providence, she taught English and Literature for nine years, as well as Religion and Spanish at St. Raphael’s Catholic School in Crystal, Minnesota. In addition to teaching, she served as athletic director, student council advisor, and activities coordinator. Mrs. Claypool incorporates her sense of humor and enthusiasm into her interactions with students while helping to strengthen the spiritual life of each child. Her creativity and love of reading are evident in her daily lessons. Mrs. Claypool received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from North Dakota State University, and her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Reading Licensure from the University of St. Thomas.
